Karrom is an eastern board game that is similar to billiards, but is played with flat disk-like objects called cookies. It is very popular throughout Southeast Asia, and played differently in many regions of the world. The game is played on a flat wooden board with four corner pockets, and a striker to pocket cookies with. It is usually played with 2-4 players, and with teams if preferred. It is simple, social, family-oriented, and played often at social events.
